Hey Carlos. 

When it comes to uniforms, I think the trick is not trying to mess with it, but rather doing it right.

Start by seeking out all the options in your company’s uniform – often there are versions that most employees are unaware of. After choosing your favorites/the ones that suit you best, have all the garments in your uniform tailored to fit properly and sharply. 

Make sure they are always clean and pressed.

Finally, make sure that the things surrounding the uniform are on point (this includes quality shoes, accessories like socks and a nice timepiece, and always being well groomed).
