Man, how are there not more votes for Alex! So personal, so comfortable — I think Alex owns the look more than anyone else. Well done.

  • http://raymondgperez.com Raymond G. Perez

The quilted jacket on Wes unifies everything. The casual details make it look relaxed and comfortable, yet still sharp and very well put together. You could wear this from the office to cocktail hour or an evening dinner date.

  • Jeanscuffed

I voted for Wes because of his ability to grab such damn good finds in thrift stores. Those chukkas look like he had them since brand new. Like, how tf does he do it! Lol

  • Josh

Alex, where’d you get that ring?

    • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

From a local flea market. You can find some good turquoise rings on eBay, but the best men’s jewelry I’ve ever seen has been at flea markets.

  • Joseph Landrum

My vote has to go to Alex. Everyone else looks great but Alex seems to be the only one on here pushing the envelope. Compared to him everyone else looks like they’re just checking off boxes. No offense of course, they’re good boxes.

Dan is somehow wearing a full two-piece suit plus waistcoat, plus head-wear, plus trench, but it comes off as ‘off-duty’ because of the casual oxford shirt and, well, breezy attitude. This is not for beginners, people.

Dan, for effortlessly demonstrating how a suit plus functional accessories can be worn casually, without compromise, you get the win. *salute*

  • Desmond

    Dan: looking mean in green

  • Chad

Alex all the way. Your fit has a lot of character. Bonus points for the raw edges on the jeans.

  • Nick A

Alex is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. Tie dye has a 100% success rate in dropping panties. But seriously though, comparing it to paisley is really interesting because it feels so thrown together and natural vs. contrived. Looks like I have a weekend project on my hands.

    • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

      I love chess.

  • kellen owenby

I must say that I love the direction Alex is taking here. I really like how he uses the tie-dye shirt as an accent piece on the canvas of american workwear. Well done.

  • John B

I liked Wes and Ryan but in the end I voted for Dan. I didn’t really like that suit at first, but it’s growing on me!

  • Nick

Voted for Wes, the quilted jacket is really amazing and the personal touch (the cuff) looks amazing. wasn’t a huge fan of wes but his recent changes in style and hair made me a fan. the other looks are great too, on point and clean.

    • http://www.tsbmen.com/ Westley Dimagiba

      much appreciated.

  • MS

I love that Alex is going full-on “Fear and Loathing” all over you dudes. Great look, simple, personal, real. Has my vote. I miss when the average price point of an outfit on this blog wasn’t $2000, but oh well.

    • TT

2/4 wearing all bespoke everything, 3/4 wearing bespoke something, Alex crushing it in full L.A. swagger.

      • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

        Thanks guys!

    • AdamE

I was going to say, very Fear and Loathing, just missing a bucket hat… It was a close one for me, but I gave it to Ryan in spite of the tie tuck… the club collar was killer. Wes was a close runner up with that jacket, and Dan and Alex weren’t far behind.

  • Jack

Almost voted for Ryan, but I can’t tolerate a tie tucked into pants.

  • LouCaves

I have Wes edging out Dan on this one because I like the quilted coat.

Alex, keep rockin’ the waves bro.

    Thanks, TSB.

  • Miguel

I went with Wes, casual but keeping it classy and real, jeans, shirts, Chukka Boots and of course a blazer.

  • cam

Would give it to Wes if he had chosen a sportcoat versus a suit jacket.
Wes, don’t you think it feels a bit off to wear a suit jacket with denim? Otherwise loving the look esp the boots!

    • http://www.tsbmen.com/ Westley Dimagiba

I never thought about it that way while getting dressed. Lately I’m just on my get change and get your ass out the house before Dan tells me I’m late kind of thing hah

  • http://www.jwpennekamp.com Jordan Pennekamp

Loving Wes’ hair. What’s your product of choice these days?

    • Shawn

I’m not Wes )and certainly don’t want to appear like I’m answering for him) but someone asked him that same question a couple of posts back, and he mentioned that he uses Blind Barber pomade. Someone correct me if I’m wrong though!

      • http://www.jwpennekamp.com Jordan Pennekamp

Interesting. The one review I was able to find on YouTube shows it being pretty firm. I’m trying to avoid the ‘crispy’ look – Wes, can you speak to the product at all?

        • http://www.tsbmen.com/ Westley Dimagiba

Blind Barber pomade is the truth, definitely doesn’t give you that helmet hair look.

        • WideEyesTWBlog

I’m also a huge fan of Baxter of California’s Soft Water Pomade…it’s pretty pliable, perfect amount of hold and shine if you ask me. Plus it’s water based, so it rinses out very easily and doesn’t mess up your pillows, etc.

Haven’t tried Blind Barber yet…been seeing a lot of good things though, might have to try it out.

  • Steve

Dan all the way! And btw Dan, you look much more in your element in NYC.

  • MN

Dan is def. the strongest look. Like the interplay of hat/waistcoat.

I just wish he didn’t go for this whole wider leg pants thing.

Just because it’s not “different” to have slim pants anymore doesn’t mean we have to arbitrarily change. Slim pants look better on you homie!!

  • WideEyesTWBlog

Lots of good stuff here, but I’m giving this one to Dan, I just love the color on that green suit too much to not give him my vote!

  • pelle7

i can’t stand that shaved side haircut wes has…

    • http://www.tsbmen.com/ Westley Dimagiba

      seriously, me neither.

      • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

        Hahahahahahaha

  • Ramón

Damn, Alex, get rid of this ring…

    • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

      I love this ring!

  • Bart Hutchins

“VOTE FOR THE GUY IN A NAVY OR GREY SUIT” – 90% of voters in these polls.

    • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

      Right?! Where’s the full-color-spectrum-on-a-single-shirt love.

  • d4nimal

Awesome looks – Loving the club collar on Ryan’s look specifically, and Wes’ hair style really suits him.

  • Shawn

Dan, everytime you’ll wear that green herringbone suit of yours, you’re going to get my vote! I especially like the complimentary socks. The hat and waistcoat add a nice touch! I only wish you had chosen a different shirt!

  • Daniel

Is “German military” a desired vibe?

    • Lothar

Exactly what I was thinking: “Who on Earth wants to evoke comparisons to soldiers from the German military? My name is Lothar, and even I’m not looking for that effect!

      • Fabio d’attimis

I don’t understand what’s wrong with German military… They had one of the strongest army in the world…

      • http://tsbmen.com/ Alex Crawford

        Hahaha word.
