    1. T-Shirt & Jeans

These are casual enough to go sockless with a t-shirt and jeans, but because they’re made of distinctive leather and have a sharp silhouette, they add just the right touch of formality (similar to the effect of the unstructured cotton blazer) – making this an outfit you can now wear for a broader range of occasions.

Where I wore this: shooting the final scene from video episode 3 (then lunch and watching the game at a local bar).

Bonus Tip: The term “jeans” has nothing to do with denim fabric. A “jean” is a pant style (think western front pockets, patch rear pockets, top stitched in & out seams, etc.)  that can be made out of any fabric. Therefore the term “denim jeans” is not redundant.

Bonus Tip II: These pants, with a modern cut and a subdued camouflage print, are much easier to pull-off then their vintage army-issued counterparts, as featured here.

Bonus Tip III: Another example of how an unstructured blazer (no canvas, no lining, no shoulder pad, no sleeve head, etc.) is more “weekend chillin” than “office grind” – especially with rolled sleeves and a t-shirt.
