Dan Trepanier
Chief Executive Officer & Creative Director
Born and raised on a small farm outside of Windsor Ontario Canada, it has been quite a journey to developing a men’s style publication based in downtown Manhattan.
I came to NYC to attend Columbia University, where I was recruited to play basketball. After playing 4 years of Division 1 hoops and graduating with an Ivy League degree in Psychology, I took my title as Esquire magazine’s “Best Dressed Real Man in America” of 2009 and ran with it.
In may of 2012 I graduated from the Menswear Design program at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, where my final collection was selected among the top in the class and displayed in the college’s museum.
Aside from managing TSB and related collaborations, I serve as a Senior Advisor for Michael Andrews Bespoke, a brand ambassador for Gillette, a guest writer for EnRoute magazine and a brand consultant for a number of other menswear related businesses.
When I’m not doing any of that, I’m shopping, traveling or getting buckets on the courts in the East Village!
Alex Crawford
Art Director & Photographer
Alex began interning as the photographer for TSBmen in December of 2010 while working towards his MFA in photography from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. By the end of his first semester he had become an integral part of the team and was hired on full-time.
His artwork has been published internationally and shown in Houston TX, Nashville TN, and New York City.

Townsend Smith
Chief Marketing Officer
As an avid fan of TSB, Townsend applied for our internship position in February 2011. He made and immediate impact with his unique perspective and discerning eye for men’s style.
He has since come on full-time as our CMO, although he does a little of everything behind the scenes, including assisting with the site’s aesthetic and creative direction.
Townsend is currently finishing his economics degree in New York City, while making a sincere effort to sample every dive bar in the area. Check out his features here & here and follow him on Twitter & Instagram.
Westley Dimagiba
Production Manager
Westley joined the team in the summer of 2011 as an assistant photographer. Due to his work ethic, loyalty and passion for the site he has become a vital member of our team.
His roles as production manager include organizing content schedules, prepping shoots, and enough back-end website work to kill a small horse.
Born and raised in lower Manhattan, Westley is a fellow style enthusiast and hoops player - so he’s right at home. Check out his feature here and follow him on Instagram.
Chris Caro
Video Production Manager
Chris joined the team in December of 2010 while working as an Art Director for an ad agency in NYC. What started as a hobby and a passion for film soon became more as he left his job in 2012 to pursue a full time career in video production.
He’s done work for Columbia Records, Roc Nation, GUESS and others while managing the video content of TSBmen.
